Prof. Misuzu Asari wygłosi prelekcję pt. ,,Food waste reduction in Japan”
Professor Misuzu Asari will give a lecture “Food waste reduction in Japan”.

Currently she is doing research in the field of waste management, in particular hazardous waste from households, analysis of their cycle and also management of waste from disasters and practical research on small islands. She is also engaged in the 3R campaign (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), raising social awareness of the waste issue. She is working on the program “3R and low-emission society” – licensed program for human resources’ development.
She is engaged in organizing international academic conference and promoting 3R research network. She is also conducting research concerning sustainable development at the university (including environmental management system, ecological education and lifestyle) and communication in the environment. Professor Misuzu Asari is also working on local energetic project – she created civil group and was helping with local society’s investments. Her efforts led to installation of the solar equipment on the school’s roof. She is an author of many publications regarding waste management.
